Year report

The year report shows the year’s result and dividends for each security. The idea is that the numbers shown should be relevant for the Norwegian tax return, so they can be copied or used as supporting data when entering values.

It is possible to choose which year to show and to filter by listing status and country.

The value at the end of the selected year is shown if it has been added. If the value is missing, click Add. If the value already exists, click the number to edit it. Both open the year-end value dialog.

Further down the page, a table shows dividends and withholding tax per country. It can be used as support when entering values in the Norwegian tax return.

Finally, a summary of all security types is shown for the selected year.

To make the work with the Norwegian tax return easier, the color of a row can be changed by clicking the flag at the far left of the row. The colors go from red to yellow, green, and blue. The meaning can be chosen freely, but could for example be:

• Red: something is confirmed wrong and must be corrected.
• Yellow: the row needs to be checked.
• Green: all numbers have been checked.
• Blue: the numbers have been transferred to the Norwegian tax return.

The colors are unique per year and are saved in the AksjeFiks file.
